Fare Information JetSaver JetFlex
Cancellations Non-refundable No refund if you have upgraded to a JetFlex fare from a another fare or if requested after the day of original scheduled departure. Otherwise refundable for flights operated by Jetstar Asia (3K) or Valuair (VF) a $50SGD* fee per passenger per flight segment.
Failure to check in on time Non-refundable Refundable only same day. Some changes may be made same day (see below).
Flight Origin or Destination Changes Not permitted Permitted up to day of departure (including after flight has departed) - plus any fare difference to re-book*. Change permitted through Jetstar Asia Telephone Reservations, GSA or at airport. Not permitted on web site.
