Pay at 7-Eleven Stores

You can now pay your air tickets at over 400 7-Eleven's convenience stores available island-wide, using Cash, Nets or Cash Card.

The appointment of 7-11 as a payment collection agent is in line with Jetstar Asia’s on going effort to make the whole travelling and booking experience a convenient and pleasant one for all customers.

Payment Instructions:

Please have the following handy when you make your payment:

• Jetstar Asia Booking Reference Number
• Total Amount Due
• NRIC/FIN
• Name of Person traveling
• Contact Number

Cash, Cash Card or NETS

How to Pay?

• Walk in to any of the 7-11 outlets and present the above details to the counter staff.
• Payment can be made either in Cash, Cash Card or NETS.
• Upon acceptance of the payment, the 7-11 staff will issue a printed receipt.
• We will update our records the following day.
• For check-in, just bring a print-out of your itinerary or the receipt.
