Please have the following handy when you make your payment:

  • Jetstar Asia Booking Reference Number
  • Total Amount Due
  • NRIC/FIN

Payment Modes:

Cash, NETS, Credit Card (International VISA/Mastercard only)

How to Pay?

  • A. Over the SingPost Counters

    • Walk in to any SingPost post office and present the above details to the Counter staff.
    • Payment can be made either in Cash, NETS or Credit Card.
    • Upon acceptance of the payment, the SingPost staff will issue a printed receipt.
    • We will update our records the following day.
    • For check-in, just bring a print-out of your itinerary or the receipt.

  • B. SingPost 'Self-Service Automated Machines' (SAMs)

    • Go to any SAM kiosk; Select 'Jetstar' to make your payment.
    • Enter your Booking Reference Number and touch OK to continue.
    • Enter the Total Amount and touch OK to continue.
    • Enter your NRIC/FIN and touch OK to continue.
    • Enter the Name of the person traveling and touch OK to continue.
    • Enter your Contact Number and touch OK to continue.
    • Check your Payment Details and touch OK to continue.
    • Review the Summary and touch OK to continue.
    • Use NETs to complete your transaction.
    • A receipt will be then be issued.
    • For check-in, just bring a print-out of your itinerary or the receipt.
